MediTek Exhibits at the Independent Living Exhibition - Wembley Conference Centre - September 22nd, 23rd 2004

On asking Peter Groves, MediTek's sales manager for his opinion of the show his comments were: -

"Another very successful show for MediTek that presented the new Mk1G 140 and its accessories, this was aided by the fact that many of our competitors were not present. This gave MediTek very good exposure to the social services market in the south of England. "

Factory Expansion Northeast England

MediTek expands its Northeast England manufacturing facility

Due to the popular demand of the MediTek stairlift and the launch of the new Mk1G product, MediTek has increased the size of its UK production facilities.

MediTek Stairlifts expands its County Durham manufacturing facility in Northeast England

New features of this expansion include a fully equipped CAD drawing office for the research and development department, new testing facilities and an increased capacity works spaces for the production of both the MediTek multiflight (curved stairlift) and the MediTek 140.

ISO Certification BS EN ISO9001:2000

MediTek obtains BS EN ISO9001:2000 certification

MediTek's quality management systems (for the manufacture of stairlifts) were examined and assessed in May 2004, we are pleased to announce that we passed this assessment and are now the proud possessors of the IS09001:2000 certificate.
